You've had a long  journey filled with many obstacles and challenges to overcome, so you can take the time to transform them into happiness and success. Use my RR&R template below and discover the cause of all your suffering and disillusionment. 


Review times in your life when emotions ran wild and wrong decisions were made, whether trauma, illness, divorce or loss, and how it altered your life path by journaling. Accept responsibility for your part in the outcome, then forgive yourself for allowing it to happen. "Easier said than done" you say?  Maybe, but it's time to express your emotions without suppressing them and staying stuck in past.  E.A. Step-by-Step Workbook  #1. Describe your home-life during childhood; Describe your relationship with important people in your life; Be thorough with each specific relationship. Include your emotions, not a list of events. Above all be truthful and gentle with yourself. 


Release draining unfulfilling relationships, situations, and old belief systems that are not conducive to your growth (people and situations that drain your energy and unsupportive people); Then meditate on what and who needs to be eliminated from your life; Honor them for what they taught you i.e. strength, endurance; Bless them then detour around them. Let go with love, always love and trust the outcome is not in your hands. It's the only way it/they don't come back to haunt you. Why waste time and energy struggling to change people or things outside you? 


Replace them with positive, loving, supportive people/situations, and Restore your sanity. Tap into your innate creative Self and use it as Medicine to overcome unmanageable, obstacles in life.  E.A. Support Group

Spiritual Awakening Mental/Emotional Support Group

Using EA's Spiritual Awakening Within and the 12 x 12 Step Workbook we begin to journal our way to recovery. A good way to begin is by writing one emotion a day on a calendar, that feels overwhelming i.e. anxiety, fear; anger; loneliness; resentment; indecision etc. After one month, you can look back to see which one appears most often. In this way journaling won't be so stressful. For non-judgmental love and support, please join my Spiritual Awakening Meditation Study group every Saturday at 6pm Pacific Time. I end each meeting with a guided meditation and Reiki for all. Discover freedom with peace of mind. Take what you want and leave the rest.
